| | | Charley Chang is a principal co-founder of D-Link Corporation. Mr. Chang has more than 30 years of experience in the networking industry, and is staunchly committed to D-Link’s corporate development.
Born in Taiwan in 1953, Mr. Chang graduated from National Chiao Tung University and holds an EMBA from National Chengchi University. Together, with a handful of engineers, he and his co-founders established D-Link in 1986. This was Taiwan's first venture to develop, manufacture, and market networking equipment. Later, in 1994, D-Link became Taiwan’s first publicly listed networking company. Mr. Chang and his partners went on to transform D-Link from a small business operation worth several million dollars into the US$1 billion global provider of network equipment that it is today.
In his spare time, Mr. Chang enjoys relaxing outdoors on the golf course. He also appreciates tea culture from the East and West, especially that of scenic areas such as Hualien, Taiwan. | |
